We offer Free shipping in India. An email is sent as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier Company confirming the shipment details These alert emails will contain the tracking number and Courier Company’s website detail. All orders take 4 to 7 working days to delivered. Further information on the Order status can be provided on request. Return & Refund Policy

We will accept change of mind returns for items purchased online subject to the following conditions: Intimate on return as soon you receive the parcel i.e. within 48 Hours via email at Honeyboutique588@gmail.com or Whatsapp us on8655026575 with order number. For defect opening video is compulsory. -Items must reached us within 7 days with the packing slip and/or invoice. -The cost of return shipping will not be covered by honeyboutique.in. Only in case of damaged products or products that are received wrong, Honeyboutique would cover the return shipping costs. -Items must be returned in unworn, unwashed or otherwise unused condition, with all original tags/labels attached. Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information We may also require additional verification's or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. Note: When a customer deny accepting a parcel sent as cash on delivery COD. We blacklist those customers who don't value the shipment. In next order he/she has to bear last purchase shipping loss of minimum Rs 100 or more.

Refund

All Refunds are processed in 7-8 working days .Refund is processed once the product is delivered back to the vendors and customer has shared the details required for refund. Below is the details required to process refund.  If payment is made via credit / debit card - Please share the correct tracking details once the product is returned. Once the details are received the refund process is initiated. If payment is made via Cash On Delivery / Deposit - Please share the correct tracking details once the product is returned. Also, please share account details with Name on Account, Bank Name, Branch, IFSC Code, Account Number used for NEFT Transaction. Once these details are received the refund process will be initiated.
